American Cancer Society

The American Cancer Society is the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service. It is a nationwide, community- based voluntary health organization. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the ACS has state divisions and more than 3,400 local offices.

The American Cancer Society golf tournaments, such as Swing for a Cure, offer players of all skill levels an outstanding golf experience and a chance to support cancer research, education, advocacy, and patient service programs in local communities.
