Computers for Youth

The mission of Computers for Youth is unique and focused: they help low-income children do better in school by improving their learning environment at home. Computers for Youth partners with high-poverty middle schools to both strengthen parent-child interactions around learning and to help teachers connect classroom learning to the home. Computers for Youth’s proven program provides students and families with family workshops and free home computers loaded with carefully selected educational software.

Many organizations donate computers in support of the Computers for Youth mission. U.S. Micro partners with CFY to enable these corporate donations, filling the gap to the meet security requirements of businesses who wish to contribute.
