Command Center
We plan, coordinate and manage all project logistics through our 24/7 Command Center. This centralized command-and-control function enables U.S. Micro to provide our customers superior logistical planning, execution, security and customer service.
Our Command Center calls ahead to all pickup sites early in a project to get full details and inventory at each site. In doing so, we “lock down” the equipment, ensuring that we pick up the exact equipment specified for removal. The risk of equipment–especially laptops–”walking” from the site is substantially mitigated, and recovery rates are greatly increased.
The Command Center tracks all work being completed and can provide a company representative real-time information about the status of scheduled pickups, inventories of removed equipment, etc. The Command Center is our customer’s main customer service resource and the nerve center for all of our
recovery work.
