Field Staff
Working in concert with our Command Center is our seasoned, proprietary field staff. They are thoroughly professional in all respects and are well-trained in all U.S. Micro policies, including stringent safety guidelines. In short, they are a vital element in increasing the security and safety of the removal process and, therefore, the overall equipment recovery rate.
Prior to starting any major project, all field staff attend a multi-day, project-specific training session conducted at no cost to the customer. They examine all project parameters, including logistics, equipment, deinstallation, security, shipping and customer service. They even rehearse deinstallation procedures on the same make and model of equipment they will be working with in the field.
This hands-on training and comprehensive preparation streamlines the deinstallation, removal and shipping process and improves inventory management–increasing the overall equipment recovery rate. It also allows our dedicated teams to become familiar with a customer’s particular environment, culture and specific needs, which is a significant benefit for future projects. In fact, a number of our teams have worked on every project we’ve completed for our longest-running customers.
